TSF May Meeting Details

This month, we'll be meeting at club member Keith's house in Reston, Virginia on May 6th at 3:00PM.

The beer of the month will be the White Elephant beers from the ingredients we shared in March. The best beer from the contest wins 1000 points! What do points get you? Nothing!

For our education portion, Keith will be brewing a non-alcoholic beer. We're going to take a bit of time to sit down and talk about the different types of techniques that can be used in non-alcoholic brewing on both the commercial and homebrewing scale. We're also going to be celebrating National Homebrew Day by doing the Big Brew, so we'll be getting two brew days at once!

The club is also going to try to do a vertical of Dogfish Head's 60, 90, and 120 Minute IPAs. If anyone else has any of the other IPAs that Dogfish Head does (there is also a 60 1/2 IPA, an 85, etc), bring them out! They only have a short shelf life anyways.
